| In
the last two years - firstly by chance, now with speecial focus - I employ
myself with the Singles clothing subject. Singles are a sociological-marketing
trend in the developed countries. The Czech Republic, by all means, belongs
among such countries. On my explorations, I contacted the young sociologist
from Brno, Marcel Tománek. His extensive research on
the theme helped me understand the Czech singles' lifestyle, values and
expectations of life. Especially young women belonging to this new social
group are often economically independent, they want to enjoy themselves,
make new friends, flirt, and make a good impression on their surroundings.
My new collection is focused particularly on this aspect of life of the
singles. The work is over and our "Yuppies" need do spend their money with style. Home is a cage; cat will have to feed itself. |
